Andeana has a flat shipping fee of $15 USD. You may also opt-in for a FREE pick-up from Venice Beach, California. Andeana uses standard Fed-Ex shipping and all orders include a tracking code. Please give 3-4 days for the product to arrive. Please note that Andeana Hats are produced in the rural mountains of Peru, so when we run out of a product, there will be a slight delay. We will fully let you know of any potential delays in your order.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns. We do accept exchanges and store credit in some circumstances (damaged or stolen product via mail, incorrect hat size, etc…) Please Contact Us for more information. The customer is responsible to cover shipping costs for exchanges.
Andeana products are made from a blend of Alpaca Wool and Sheep wool. Our intention bands are naturally dyed, however our hats include chemical dyes. Andeana Hats is not responsible for any reactions caused from potential allergies and/or sensitivities. All information presented on Andeana Hats website is for informational purposes only. Andeana will take no responsibility to the accuracy or completeness of any information published.
