Andeana collects information you provide to us or that we learn about you from your use of our website. Andeana Hats does not disclose any personal information to any third-party. By using our website or by sharing your personal information with us, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Newsletters & Emails: You are added to our newsletter and email list if you provide us with your email address. This includes when you submit any form on our website, make a purchase, contact us through social media, or physically give us your email address from events, shows or in person. You may opt out of receiving Andeana newsletters and emails at anytime. You may click the “unsubscribe” button in our newsletters or send us an email and ask to be removed.
Purchasing a Product or Service: We require to obtain certain information from you when you purchase a product or service from Andeana Hats. The information needed will be: Name, Shipping Address, Email, Phone and Payment Information. This information is only used to complete and fulfill your purchase.
Website Cookies: We use Google Analytics, Adwords, Re-Marketing Ads and other similar services. This means that when you visit the Andeana Hats website, certain use and navigation information is collected by our servers, this information is anonymous. The information collected is related to the number, frequency and duration of visits to each web page which we use to improve the content and navigation features of our website. A third-party cookie may also be placed on your computer which will collect information about your visit to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Product Disclaimer: Andeana products are made from a blend of Alpaca Wool, Sheep wool and palm leaf straw. Our intention bands are naturally dyed, however our hats include chemical dyes. Andeana Hats is not responsible for any reactions caused from potential allergies and/or sensitivities. All information presented on Andeana Hats website is for informational purposes only. Andeana will take no responsibility to the accuracy or completeness of any information published. Please note that Andeana hats are handmade, there may be some small discrepancies between the photos published on the website/social media and the product itself.
Andeana Travel Policy: All rates are net per person, subject to change without previous notice. Rates are guaranteed by us at time of reservation.

Our rates do not include:
-Domestic and international air fares
-Personal travel insurancce
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 50% of the payment is required when we have confirmed your booking and sent you hotel status, train schedules, etc. Bookings should be paid 35 days prior arrival date (FITS) Bookings should be paid 65 days prior arrival date (GROUPS) No shows will be charged 20% of total cost of the program quoted, in addition to charges from our suppliers in case is applicable.
Our cancellation charges for services will apply as follows:
GROUPS / CANCELLATION FEE
50 to 40 days - 20%
39 to 20 days - 45%
19 to 01 day - 70%
Cancellation charges for accommodation reserved/confirmed will be based on hotel's policy, which will be informed to you together with the confirmation of spaces hold on your behalf. Hotel's policies are subject to change without previous advice.
LIMITS ON PLEIADES PERU TOURS' RESPONSABILITY
Independent Supplier
Pleiades Peru Tours acts as a tour operator in Peru. It purchases transportation, hotel accommodation, restaurant, etc. That are services from different suppliers that are no subject to its control. Pleiades Peru Tours cannot therefore, be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur due to any act or omission of any such a supplier or by reason of any other event over which it has no control. Domestic flights are, occasionally, subject to overbooking, cancellation and schedule changes. If it ́s occurs Pleiades Peru Tours will do all in their power to assist clients.
Optional Activities that may be Dangerous
Depending on the itinerary you have selected for your client, optional activities will be available at some of the places they will visit. Some of these activities carry with them the inherent risk of serious personal injury. These activities are: horseback tours, canoe trips, hiking, river rafting, etc. Your clients should be aware that their personal safety cannot be guarantee and Pleiades Peru Tours assumes no responsibility for their safety.
Acts of God and the Like
Pleiades Peru Tours is not for acts of God: Fire, civil disturbances, terrorist acts, strikes, earthquakes, weather conditions and other similar acts beyond its ability to control or its suppliers.
**We would like to advice you to visit us with a travel insurance**
Awamaki Cancelations: If a tour is canceled more than 15 days in advance 75% of the payment will be refunded. Between 15 days and 2 days before the date of a tour 25% of the payment will be refunded. 1 day before a tour, or in the case of a no show, none of the payment will be refunded.
No-Shows: We will wait up to an additional 15 minutes for the passenger(s). If, within this time, the passenger does not arrive, or their driver has not communicated with the tourism coordinator of Awamaki through the emergency phone number (+51 973 540 413), it will be considered a no show.
