Salt & Sundry Washington, DC Summer Pop-Up

As a small, women owned company, nothing makes us happier than an opportunity to partner with other independent brands with like-minded values. Salt & Sundry is a lifestyle boutique based in Washington, DC that features an eclectic mix of goods from local and independent makers and designers, and as a bonus, 180+ of them are run by women.

We originally were introduced to this gorgeous shop in Union Market, when we had our first DC pop-up there back in September 2019. That’s exactly where founder, Amanda McClements opened the first Salt & Sundry location in 2012 to share her passion for quality home goods and entertaining. This cozy shop is all about the details, as you as you walk in, all your senses are instantly awakened, from the charming music to the pleasant scents (perhaps from their wonderfully curated assortment of handmade candles) to your eyes taking in all the shapes, textures and colors, Salt & Sundry is truly a treat!

As you know, Andeana Hats is all about colors and handmade crafts, our hats fit in to the store just fine! We were able to use this opportunity to showcase our new embroidered Intention Bands that we created alongside our Ayacucho Artisans. Our beautifully crafted GRATITUDE, FLOURISH and HONOR intention bands stole the show as they matched perfectly with everyone’s new favorite summer colors.

Our biggest pleasure is meeting all of you to share our story and hear about yours. It’s been tough over the past year not to be able to host as many pop-ups as we would have liked, but we are so happy that things are opening back up again.
